Liminal comes from the Latin limen, meaning "threshold." It speaks to transitional spaces—those in-between states where transformation happens. It’s the pause between inhale and exhale, the moment before awakening from a dream, the soul between lifetimes.
Loom evokes both a tool of creation (weaving threads into patterns) and the quiet sense of something emerging or taking shape just beyond the veil. Together, this name becomes a metaphor for weaving insight, identity, and connection from the threads of mystery, transition, and experience.
It’s a sanctuary for dreamers, healers, seekers and weavers.
For those familiar with the Roundtable Forum, I had to change the hosting company, so I’ve migrated a few of the posts and put in a re-direct on transients.info to point to the new domain, liminalloom.org
